International Shipping - Please allow 7 to 10 business days to reach the country of destination, then the shipment has to clear customs. The speed of clearing customs depends on the particular country. We also have different shipping options available if you need the item faster than standard shipping. International shipping fees will vary. Duty and tax fees are paid by the customer when the package arrives.
Undeliverable Packages: If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by postal services, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $12.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address within the Canada. For international orders a flat rate of $25.00 will be charged.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of PURCHASE. Product must be in original packaging (not shipping bag) and in new condition.
Returns that do not meet the requirements will NOT be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to return item back to you.
DO NOT use or chalk grips until you ensure the grips are the correct size. Sizing is approximate and often times a personal preference, so please keep in mind that you cannot return the grips once they have been used. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 return fee will incur.

Exchanges: We recommend checking the website to make sure that your exchange item is in stock before sending your item back. Once the exchange is received, you will receive an email with tracking information when the new item is sent out.
